This is probably a great product for businesses who have personnel using it 24 hours a day but not good for home use. With only 2 coffee/tea drinkers who need the hot water in the morning and an occasional afternoon tea, we would turn it off when not in use; otherwise, it cools then reheats all day long using electricity and making noise. And if you leave plugged in but turned off while away on vacation, for example, it’ll turn back on after an interruption of electrical service say during a power outage. It stopped working completely about a year ago, 3 years after installation! It only heats up to 70°. And I cannot find anyone who can give me information on getting it fixed!
