At FaucetGennie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help with a simple and straightforward process.

Return Policy Overview:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
  • Restocking Fee: Please note, if the return is initiated by customers, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, except for returns due to our error.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered only in the event of an error with your order.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Start Your Return:
    • Email us at info@faucetgennie.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions:
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely:
    • Make sure your item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.
  4. Send Back Your Item:
    • Use the provided shipping label and send your package back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@faucetgennie.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
  • Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
