More than just a pretty face, our Filtration Faucets feature solid brass construction with 1/4-turn ceramic disc cartridges. Our insulated spouts swivel 360-degrees and provide filtered water and/or instant hot water on demand. Available in Cold Only, Hot Only, and Hot/Cold functions. Installation & Parts
IMPORTANT: It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any material finish defects BEFORE installation.
- The best general maintenance is regular cleaning. Even though these finishes are considered durable, you CAN NEVER use any abrasive type cleaners, sponges, cloths or pads to clean the fixture.
- Always try to keep the finish clean and dry.
- Trapped moisture on the surface of the finish can lead to staining.
- Astringent cleaners, chlorine, bleach, along acidic-based organic cleansers are potentially harmful to these finishes.
- Do not allow water spots to dry on the fixture.
- Keep the surface dry and clean after use.
- All products should be cleaned with a damp, clean, soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive soap to remove surface spots.
- Be gentle in your cleaning method.
- NEVER use cleaners that contain bleach, abrasives, or vinegar.
- NEVER use any type of abrasive sponge or pad.
BTI Aqua-Solutions provides warranties against functional and finish defects in material or workmanship for all Filtration Faucets, to the original purchaser, in residential applications. Filtration Faucets are warrantied for FIVE YEARS for functional defects, for SEVEN YEARS for Brushed Nickel and Polished Nickel finish defects, and LIFETIME for Chrome finish defects.
To file a warranty claim for a functional or finish defect, a dated receipt of purchase of the product from an Authorized BTI Dealer must accompany the warranty request. To submit a warranty claim, contact: email@example.com.
Improper installation, the failure to perform proper maintenance, or uses for which the products were not designed are not warrantied. The warranty will be void if the finish has been improperly cared for due to lack of cleaning or cleaning with improper cleaning materials which result in damage. BTI Aqua-Solutions has no liability for indirect or consequential damages to its products. The finish warranty is for normal wear and tear of the finished surface.
BTI Aqua-Solutions will repair or replace, at its option, any of the products listed above that BTI has determined to have a manufacturing defect. BTI Aqua-Solutions is not responsible for any installation or labor charges and will not pay for any repair cost performed on its products without prior written consent by a BTI Aqua-Solutions authorized representative.
All claims for shortages or damages must be made to BTI/AquaNuTech within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
Claims for merchandise delivered in a damaged state must be filed with the delivery carrier within 3 calendar days.
THE CUSTOMER SHOULD REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE INSPECTION BY THE CARRIER FOR ALL OBVIOUS DAMAGES.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of the BTI/AquaNuTech warranty. A Returned Goods Authorization Number
(RGA#) must be obtained by the customer from the BTI/AquaNuTech Customer Service Department prior to any merchandise return.
The RGA# must appear on the return document (packing slip) and a copy of the approved RGA form and RGA# must be in the
carton with the returned unit.
Upon inspection, BTI/AquaNuTech, at its option, will either repair or replace the item if the defect falls under the guidelines of the warranty.
New, unused, and sealed merchandise in its original packaging and of current product design accepted by BTI/AquaNuTech for return is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers must pay freight costs for any return.
If the returned product has been damaged by the customer or is damaged in the return process BTI/AquaNuTech retains the right to cancel the restock fee and charge up to the full purchase price of the merchandise.
BTI/AquaNuTech will issue a credit(s) to the customer’s account upon receipt, inspection, and findings concurrent with the policies as stated above. The credit to the customer’s account will be valid towards the purchase of merchandise from BTI within the next 180 calendar days from the date the credit is issued to the customer’s account.
BTI/AquaNuTech will automatically apply for all credits on the customer’s account against future purchases of BTI/AquaNuTech merchandise. If no merchandise is ordered by the customer within the 180 day period the credit is on the customer’s account the credit will be considered null and void and the RGA returned product(s) will not be returned.
