Installation & Parts
We recommend our products be installed and serviced by a licensed professional plumber or contractor to avoid any improper installation. Warranty is automatically void if any product has been tampered with, improperly installed, altered, or damaged due to misuse or abuse during installation.
Installation Tips:
- Recommend hole size 27mm to 35mm hole diameter
- Detach body tank from the faucet and also remove hexagon nut.
- Introduce connector rod into hole ensure flange and plastic rubber is above the countertop. Secure connector rod with hexagon nut, firmly with a wrench.
- Hand secure body tank to connector rod.
- Now dispenser can be filled with soap from the top, then a straw can be inserted into the soap dispenser.
- To dispense soap, push down on spout user hand palm to push down and get soap pumped.
