Stylish Warranty Policy

STAINLESS STEEL SINKS

Stylish International Inc. warrants its stainless steel kitchen, bar and utility sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

 This warranty applies only to Stylish International Inc. stainless steel kitchen, bar and utility sinks installed in Canada. If a defect is found in normal residential use, Stylish International Inc. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse, such as dents and scratches during or after installation, is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Stylish International Inc. with all warranty claims. Stylish International  Inc. is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability Stylish International Inc. exceed the purchase price of the product.

 If the stainless steel kitchen, bar or utility sink is used commercially or is installed outside Canada, Stylish International Inc. warrants the stainless steel sink to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is purchased, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.  

 

FAUCETS

 

 

Stylish International Inc. products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. All parts and finishes of the faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.

If a defect is found in normal residential use, Stylish International Inc. will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustment. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Stylish International Inc. for all warranty claims. Stylish International Inc. will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. In no event shall the liability of Stylish International Inc. exceed the purchase price of the Faucet. Damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, accident or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. If the faucet is used commercially or is installed outside of Canada, Stylish International Inc. warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is purchased.   

 ACCESSORIES, VESSELS, BATH SINKS

 

 All other Stylish International Inc. items including accessories, vessels, ceramic sinks, grids, thermostatic showers have one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship unless otherwise specified.
