Installation & Parts
We recommend our products be installed and serviced by a licensed professional plumber or contractor to avoid any improper installation. Warranty is automatically void if any product has been tampered with, improperly installed, altered, or damaged due to misuse or abuse during installation.
Installation Tips:
- Make sure that you have all the necessary parts by checking the parts list. If any part is missing. please contact stylish customer service at +18557895352 for a replacement. Inspect the sink prior to installation to make sure that it has not been damaged during shipping. you may use the cutout template provided or download the DXF file from www.stylishkb.com the file is available under each porcelain sink model. Observe all plumbing and building codes according to your state requirements. not recommended to be installed with laminate.
- For bathroom under-mount porcelain sink which are molded parts. the overhang installation is the most popular and recommended style. it provides the nicest look from almost every angle. the overhang distance should be 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch depending on the countertop used.
- Place cut-out template in desired position a countertop locating center of the bowl over the cabinet. Note: porcelain sink installation is normally performed by the countertop provider.
- Trace the outline or the template and cut the countertop according to the template outline using appropriate cutting tools. the template is for guide only use the physical sink to ensure accurate cut-out opening. it is recommended to use the actual sink dimensions to ensure the most accurate cut-out drawing to the template is for reference.
Warranty
Stylish International Inc. products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. All parts and finishes of the faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home.
If a defect is found in normal residential use, Stylish International Inc. will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or product, or make appropriate adjustments. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Stylish International Inc. for all warranty claims. Stylish International Inc. will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injury, or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. In no event shall the liability of Stylish International Inc. exceed the purchase price of the Faucet. Damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, accident, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. If the faucet is used commercially or is installed outside of Canada, Stylish International Inc. warrants the faucet to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is purchased.
Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment within the US:
Faucetgennie.com offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 as a courtesy to our customers. We make every effort to provide as accurate shipping times as possible, but these may vary depending on the shipping company and are beyond our control. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days (usually in 2 days) from the date of your order, but some special or custom products may take up to six weeks. This will be clearly stated on the Shipping Section of the Product Page. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@faucetgennie.com.
Faucetgennie.com will not be held liable for any extra shipping charges made as a result of customer absence, incorrect shipping addresses, or package refusal (please follow our Inspection Guide). If you reject any shipment from Faucetgennie.com, you will be responsible for all delivery costs, as well as the expense of returning the package to the manufacturer and restocking fees. This amount will be deducted from the total.
Please keep in mind that we do not cover the additional costs of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Prior Delivery:
Please ensure that the delivery service will have the necessary access to complete the delivery on time. Please make the necessary arrangements to allow access ahead of time. If you believe that the delivery service will have difficulty delivering to your home for any reason, please notify us in advance.
Note: Freight delivery for large items is guaranteed only until your curbside, which means the driver will not be able to bring it into your home. Please ensure that someone else will be able to do that.
Product Inspection Guide:
Please inspect all items upon receiving your package. Precisely inspect all box(s) to ensure that no damage (including box corners, wet or dirty box, or shipping labels) has occurred.
Please sign for both the piece(s) count and the pallet count(s). The freight carrier has acknowledged receipt of this shipment in good condition from our facilities.
Even if the package is only slightly damaged, with small dents, crushed sides, or corners, it is very important to write "Packaged Damaged" on the shipping form.
Take the item from the box and carefully inspect it. Please make sure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product about any damages.
We cannot guarantee that we will accept responsibility if we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product that it is damaged.
Return Policy:
Stylish® requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued before accepting a return or replacement. Once the returned item is counted and inspected at our warehouse, credit or refund will be issued by Stylish®. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, have a time limitation of 30 days from the original purchase, and return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer if the item was not defective. All returns must be made in original packaging.
