Description
Modern lines come together with a timeless style in this popular widespread faucet from Novatto. The MULD faucet is designed to accommodate lavatory or drop-in sinks. Two metal knobs control the temperature and water pressure. Durable and easy to clean, this faucet is constructed of solid brass with lifelong finishes in chrome, matte black and PVD brushed nickel. High-pressure cartridges ensure longevity and trouble-free use. Quarter turn handles are pre-assembled on valves for easy installation. Three 1.375 or 1.5-inch counter holes are required for installation. This faucet will work on counters up to two inches thick.
Supply lines, mounting hardware, and instructions are included for quick and easy standard plumbing installation. You may purchase this faucet with OR without a matching pop-up drain with overflow and its assembly. (See SKU# NBF-836BN-PUD-O or NBF-836CH-PUD-O or NBF-836MB-PUD-O.)

Maintenance:
Your new faucet is designed for years of trouble-free performance. Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will scratch, dull, and/or damage the finish and void the warranty.

Inspect faucet to ensure no damages have occurred while in shipping. Observe all plumbing and building codes in accordance with your state and local requirements. Read installation and maintenance instructions thoroughly before installing the faucet. Be sure to use proper tools and always wear proper personal safety accessories for your protection. Warranty
Novatto products have been made under the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. All Novatto faucets are backed by Novatto’s Lifetime Limited warranty. Novatto warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home (the “Warranty Period” for homeowners), this faucet will be free from defects in material and workmanship. All other purchasers (including purchasers for industrial, commercial and business use) are excluded from this warranty.
Damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself are excluded from this warranty.
Novatto recommends using a plumbing professional to install your Novatto product. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied,statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.
Defects or damage caused using other than genuine Novatto parts is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is applicable only to faucets purchased after November 2009 and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on purchaser’s receipt. If the faucet should leak or drip during normal use, Novatto will provide the purchaser the cartridge necessary to put the faucet in normal working condition.
All finishes on Novatto faucets are warranted to the original consumer to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one year starting the date of purchase by the consumer. If the faucet is used commercially or is installed outside of the United States of America or Canada, the warranty is voided.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Novatto, Inc. with all warranty claims. Novatto is not responsible for labor charges, installation, loss, injury or any other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Novatto products surpass the purchase price of the replacement part. In no event shall Novatto be liable for loss of profits or any such loss, or any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages howsoever incurred or designated arising out of any breached claim of warranty.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Warning: Never use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, solvents or other products not recommended for chrome, oil rubbed bronze or brushed nickel. This will void the warranty. Novatto products may be cleaned by using a mild soap with warm water and a dry, clean soft cloth. Using anything other than what is suggested will void the warranty.
Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@faucetgennie.com.
Inspection:
Signature upon manifest, bill, or “Received by” acknowledges receipt of merchandise in full and in good condition by any authorized agent of the customer named. Any damages MUST be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery upon inspection.
Returns:
An RGA must be obtained from Novatto before any returning any merchandise.
Buyer may not return goods without first advising Novatto. All returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. The package must be sent back in the exact package it was sent it.
Buyer at its expense agrees it will promptly inspect the goods within three days of receipt. Buyer shall notify Novatto within 15 days of inspection from the date of receipt of the goods, written notice of any and all deficiencies, defects from specifications.
In the event no such written notice is received by Novatto, buyer shall be deemed conclusively to have inspected and accepted all such goods and to have waived any rights and claims.
Claims:
Any and all claims from shipping errors, lost shipments or any other discrepancies must be made within 30 days or they will be disallowed and deemed waived.

- Yes, they sure are. We carry replacement parts for all of our faucets. Parts are available free of charge when covered under warranty.
2. Do your faucets have a lifetime warranty?
-Yes, all of our faucets carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
3. How far back from the edge of the sink should the faucet hole be drilled?
-The distance depends on the type of faucet used with the sink. Typically 1-3-inches is ideal
4. Where should the faucet hole be placed?
-The placement of the faucet is a matter of preference, most faucets, however, are centered to the sink’s drain. Also make sure there is clearance between the back-splash and the faucet’s handle
5. What type of cartridge does the faucet have?
-All Novatto faucets use a high pressure ceramic cartridge.
