Product Care
Cleaning Faucet Aerators:

- Rinse the aerator with water until all debris is gone.
- Place aerator back into spray head.

Finish Maintenance on Faucets and Soap Dispensers:

- Rinse the faucet with clear water and polish dry with a soft cloth.
- Never clean the faucet with (i) abrasive powders, pads, brushes, or sponges, or (ii) cleaners that contain alcohol, bleach, abrasives, vinegar, hydrochloric acid, formic acid, lye, or acetic acid, (iii) steam cleaners or (iv) “no-rinse” cleaning agents.
Warranty
All parts of the Dakota faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the consumer purchaser owns it.
Dakota will replace “free of charge”, during the warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under the normal residential application. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals. These will dull the finish and void your warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT PARTS ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER OR INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, NOR DOES IT COVER OR INCLUDE DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FAUCET. WARRANTY PARTS ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES.
This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. This warranty also excludes installation outside of the United States of America, whose purchasers are hereby extended a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty.
Any damage to this faucet as a result of improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect, or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us, WILL VOID WARRANTY
IMMEDIATELY. This warranty is only valid to the original consumer purchaser and excludes industrial, commercial, or business use of the product.
ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING, ACCOMPANIED BY THE DEFECTIVE PART ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE, AND DELIVERED TO DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS, LLC, ATTN: CLAIM DEPARTMENT, 800 NW 65th ST, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309

FAQ
Accordion Panel:
Gauge is a measurement range of thickness, the lower the number, the thicker the steel. Dakota Signature Series stainless steel sinks feature a 16 gauge thickness while most of the Dakota Genesis Series stainless steel sinks are 18 gauge.
