Our Ember Flex radiant heating panels offer a compelling blend of technological innovation, affordability, and, most importantly, high-performance heating. Much like the sun, these panels use infrared waves to efficiently transfer radiant energy to solid objects in front of them. The attractive white finish and integrated frame ensure that this panel will add not only supplemental heat but also additional design flair to any room. These panels are also dual connection, meaning they can be used “as is” to plug into a standard 120 VAC outlet or they can be modified by a licensed electrician to have a hardwired 120 VAC electrical connection.
This panel is 35” by 12” and can be installed vertically or horizontally on your wall. Additionally, it can also be used horizontally with a low-profile stand accessory (sold separately—for plug-in models only) to create a movable heat source. These panels are also unique in that they have one of the highest possible efficiency rates and consume the least amount of energy possible*.
These wall mounted electric heaters are covered by a 5-year limited warranty.

What should I do if my Ember radiant panel won’t heat up?
Verify 120V power at the connection of the panel to the circuit at the junction box in the wall (for hardwired connections), or at the outlet (for plug-in connections). Each Ember heater has a built-in safety switch that turns off the heating element automatically if it overheats. By unplugging or disconnecting the unit and waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes, the safety switch will reset automatically and the unit will be operational again.

Only the 35" x 24" and 47" x 24" Ember Flex radiant panels (IP-EM-FLX-WHT-0500-CW and IP-EM-FLX-WHT-0700-CW) can be mounted from the ceiling and come with all of the necessary hardware to accomplish this.
The 35" x 12" Ember Flex panel and all panels from the Ember Glass and Ember Mirror lines can't be mounted from the ceiling.
The heat conductor is carbon fiber pressed in an epoxy ceramic resin.
No, radiant panel heaters are designed and rated to be installed outside of shower or bath enclosure?
There is no on/off button. If you're using your dual connection Ember panel in the plug-in configuration, it can be unplugged when not in use or paired with compatible plug-in control devices like a timer. If you've elected to convert your dual connection panel to a hardwired connection, the panel should wired to a hardwired control option like a switch, a hardwired timer, or a hardwired thermostat.
Panels are not designed for painting/drawing over, such use will void the warranty of the product.
How close to a shower or bath can the panel be mounted?
Panels installed in a bathroom should be installed in compliance with your local electrical code, or at least 2 feet away from the perimeter of a wet area (shower or bath enclosure).
What is the polarity of the heating cable/mat?
Electric-resistance heating cables and systems have no polarity. This includes all current WarmlyYours heating elements.
