Dakota Plumbing Products LLC warrants its acrylic products, excluding plumbing fittings (see specific warranty exclusions outlined below for these products) to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years to the purchaser starting from the date of purchase. Dakota Plumbing Products promises to provide a replacement acrylic part for any acrylic part of this product that proves upon our inspection and from the date of purchase, to be defective in material or workmanship. All labor for de-installation and re-installation and transportation costs or charges incidental to warranty service are to be borne by the owner. Dakota Plumbing Products provides no warranties, written or oral, beyond those contained on the face hereof.
EXCLUSIONS: In no event shall Dakota Plumbing Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages, for damages resulting from improper installation or for damages caused by handling, neglect, abuse or alteration. All implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for any particular purpose of merchantability, or those that might arise from a course of dealing with the purchaser or usages of trade, are hereby disclaimed or excluded. Dakota Plumbing Products warrants its acrylic tub to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Dakota promises to provide a replacement acrylic tub for any acrylic tub and/or plumbing fitting product that proves, upon our inspection and within one (1) year from the date of purchase to be defective in material or workmanship. All labor for de-installation and re-installation and transportation costs or charges incidental to warranty service are to be borne by the owner. Dakota Plumbing Products shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or damage to its acrylic trim, plumbing fittings or acrylic products caused by the use of either chloramines or high concentration of chlorine, lime/iron sediments and/or other minerals not removed from public water during the treatment of public water supplies or caused by cleaners containing chlorine, calcium hypochlorite and/or other chemicals. Responsibility for compliance with local code requirement is the sole responsibility of the installer. (Since code requirements vary greatly, distributors, dealers, installation contractor and users of plumbing products should determine whether there are any code restrictions on the installation or use of a specific product.)
NOTE: Some states do not allow limitations on an implied warranty, and some states do not allow exclusions or limitations regarding incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. No person is authorized to change, add to, or create any warranty or obligation other than set forth herein. This is our exclusive written warranty.
Dakota Faucet Warranty
All parts of the Dakota faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the consumer purchaser owns it.
Dakota will replace “free of charge”, during the warranty period, any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal residential application. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals. These will dull the finish and void your warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT PARTS ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER OR INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, NOR DOES IT COVER OR INCLUDE DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE FAUCET. WARRANTY PARTS ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES.
This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial, and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended a five year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty. This warranty also excludes installation outside of the United States of America, whose purchasers are hereby extended a one year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty.
Any damage to this faucet as a result of improper installation, misuse, accident, neglect or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us, WILL VOID WARRANTY
IMMEDIATELY. This warranty is only valid to the original consumer purchaser and excludes industrial, commercial or business use of the product.

Dakota Porcelain & Fire Clay Warranty
Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC warrants its Porcelain & Fire Clay Sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear. This warranty applies only to Dakota Porcelain & Fire Clay Sinks installed in the United States of America.
If a defect is found in normal residential use, Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse, such as chips and scratches after installation, are not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC with all warranty claims. Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC is not responsible for labor
charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC exceed the purchase price of the product.
If the Porcelain Sink is used commercially or is installed outside of the United State of America, Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC warrants the Porcelain Sink to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date the product is installed, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration. All other components other than the Porcelain component carry Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC one-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified.

Dakota Stainless Warranty
Lifetime Limited Warranty for Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC Stainless Steel Sinks Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC warrants its stainless steel kitchen, bar, and utility sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns his or her home. Quartz Composite Sink Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY:
This limited lifetime warranty is extended to the original purchaser of this sink. Dakota Plumbing Products, LLC (hereafter “Dakota™”) will repair or replace, at no charge, excluding transportation and labor, any quartz composite sink supplied by Dakota™ that is proven to be defective within the specified period from date of purchase, to the original purchaser, provided it has been used solely in a residential application and installed correctly. An equivalent replacement will be issued to the
original owner provided the defective sink was installed in accordance with the installation procedures, used and cleaned as recommended, and not damaged due to abuse, misuse, or negligence.
Chips, scratches, and stains are not deemed to be manufacturing defects. Dakota™ will not be held liable for chips, scratches, and stains that can occur under normal use over a period of time. Please refer to the cleaning instructions to maintain your sink in its original appearance. Dakota™ shall not be held liable under this warranty where the sink has been used in a non-residential application, improperly installed, or damaged from the impact caused by a heavy object being dropped on the sink or from improper handling.
Dakota™ shall not be liable for any inconvenience or expense for material or labor related to the removal or replacement of a defective sink or for any loss or damage to any person or property whatsoever resulting from the defective sink. All transportation costs to and from the point of purchase will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any sink returned must be in the original packaging and include all the accompanying accessories, parts, and documentation. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect and/or request digital pictures of any sink reported to be defective prior to replacement of the sink.
Manufacturing defects and conditions which are covered by this quartz composite sink warranty:
• Surface blemishes
• Bubbling
• Thermal cracking
Dakota™ shall not be liable in case of:
• Shipping or freight damage
• Chipping, cuts or nicks
• Scratches or scuff marks due to use
• Hard water or mineral deposits
• Inconsistent color or surface dullness
• Holes drilled incorrectly
• Installation damage
• Abuse or misuse (i.e. impact damage due to objects dropped in the sink, hot pots placed in the sink)
It is important that the professional fabricator installer (hereafter “PFI”) and end-user carefully inspect the sink for damage immediately upon delivery. If any damage is not reported and documented on the delivery receipt with the shipping carrier upon delivery all insurance coverage ends and Dakota™ will not be able to file a claim or send a replacement sink.
To submit a warranty claim it is the responsibility of the PFI or enduser to submit to Dakota™ proof of purchase and a minimum of five (5) high resolution photographs clearly showing the manufacturing defect. Replacement cost EXCLUDES transportation and any materials and labor costs for the removal or re-installation.
No other warranties, express or implied, are made. Under no circumstances shall Dakota™ be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, a defect in, or use or inability to use quartz composite sinks, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Dakota™’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item at Dakota™’s discretion to the purchase location. No representative, dealer or any other person is authorized to make any warranty, representation or promise on behalf of Dakota™.

Dakota Toilet Warranty

Dakota Plumbing Products promises to provide a replacement China part for any China part of this product that proves upon our inspection and from the date of purchase, to be defective in material or workmanship. All labor for de-installation and re-installation and transportation costs or charges incidental to warranty service are to be borne by the owner. Dakota Plumbing Products provides no warranties, written or oral, beyond those contained on the face hereof.

Dakota Plumbing Products shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or damage to its toilet tank trim, plumbing fittings or China products caused by the use of either chloramines or high concentration of chlorine, lime/iron sediments and/or other minerals not removed from public water during the treatment of public water supplies or caused by toilet tank type cleaners containing chlorine, calcium hypochlorite and/or other chemicals.
